On May 12, 2016, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) of the U.S. Department of Labor issued new regulations and “Supplemental Information” pertaining to the reporting of workplace injuries and illnesses. The bulk of the new regulations focus on the post-accident drug testing of employees.
