W: A Community of Young Professionals is a community for young professionals in Wichita, Kansas. Through networking, leadership opportunities, and exclusive programs, we prepare you for career and personal growth. Leadership Academy is W’s premier program for young professionals desiring to level up professionally and personally. Over six weeks, each participant uncovers their personal leadership style, values, strengths, and how to use each to motivate others and create change in their community and organization. This selective program provides opportunities to join in-depth conversations with Wichita’s top community and business leaders, participate in leadership exercises, and forge invaluable relationships with their fellow Leadership Academy class members.

Bryce joined Martin Pringle in 2022 and focuses his practice on real estate, business law, startup & entrepreneurial law, employment law, oil & gas, bankruptcy, banking and financial services, intellectual property and information technology & creditor’s rights as well as estate planning.
