Martin Pringle Attorney, Martin Bauer, and his wife, Ann, were recognized as James Woods Green Medallions honorees at the University of Kansas School of Law Medallion Dinner Saturday night.

The James Woods Green Medallions are named in honor of the first dean of the University of Kansas School of Law. The law school presents medallions to its major financial contributors. Individuals, law firms, and organizations were recognized for their commitment to and generous investment in the KU School of Law.

The tradition of educational and professional leadership in law began at the University of Kansas with the formation of the Department of Law in 1878, and then the School of Law in 1893. The honorees have pledged to ensure that this tradition of leadership will continue for the benefit of future generations.
