Brian Gardiner is a Kansas City native whose love of the outdoors rivals his love for the Jayhawks and Chiefs. Brian attended the University of Kansas and went on to complete his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri and focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, including nursing home defense, civil and commercial litigation, and health law including representing medical practitioners before their respective licensing boards.
Brian enjoys spending his time outdoors. His proudest accomplishments outdoors are summiting Long’s Peak in Colorado and harvesting a 6x6 bull elk in New Mexico.
Brian represents doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and other health care providers in all aspects of medical malpractice claims. He has also represented health care clients in various aspects including administrative proceedings, board investigations, depositions, and premises liability claims.
Brian represents businesses and individuals in complex civil and commercial litigation. As an experienced litigator, Brian has represented clients in a variety of matters including business disputes and casualty claims.
