Richard's primary practice areas are Business Practice Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, Trademark Law and Technology & Computers. While in law school, he earned a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law which focused on linking client's financial and business needs to good legal planning.
Richard's undergraduate work included a minor in accounting and a major in Management Information Systems. Prior to attending law school, Richard worked in the information technology field for more than five years. This background in business and technology provides him with a distinct perspective on the legal needs of today's business people.
